Dear Farmer James,

My name is Kyrie, a grade four student at the St. George’s Primary School. Our class is learning about plants, animals and how food grows. We would be so happy if you could visit our school to teach us about farming. Many of us have never been to a farm before and we would love to learn how you take care of animals and grow crops.

Your visit would help us understand where our food comes from and why farmers are so important to our community. You could show us pictures, bring some seeds or even share stories about your daily work. We believe your visit would inspire us to take better care of the environment and appreciate the hard work that farmer do everyday. I hope that you will accept my invitation and I know that we will have a wonderful time learning from you.
